Self-love – Key to greatness – Type 1 dietician & diabetes educator Ms. Dhairyata Arya

Dhaitryata born and brought up in alps of India, State of Uttarakhand. Where quality of food, air, positivity and spirituality is in abundance. She comes close from place Kainchi Dham, Neem Karoli Baba Ashram - where Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg visited for spirituality.

Dhairyata shares how she was diagnosed 18 years ago and, in her hometown.

No proper medical facilities in Type1 Diabetes. Two years down the line she lost her mother to brain tumour and how her father encouraged her to go on and brought her to Delhi. She talks beyond diabetes and her plans as a girl. She did her Masters in dietetics and nutrition from India’s prestigious Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi.
